Brainy Bodacious Women Host Second Sumptuous Southern Supper

The Sumptuous Southern Supper, a fundraiser for the Franklin County Women’s Shelter will be held Monday August 16 at 5:30 to First United Methodist Church on 211 Washington St from 5 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. The dinner is hosted by the Brainy Bodacious Women (all 1,024 of them). The menu includes barbecue chicken or veggie burger, baked beans, cole slaw, yeast dinner rolls and a sumptuous dessert. Tickets are $15 and children under 12 eat free.
